We isolated naturally occurring microbes from tequila distillery vinaza waste streams and developed a targeted bacterial formulation designed to reduce organic load and bring effluent within legal discharge parameters. For a poultry operation facing elevated ammonia concentrations, we engineered a microbial formulation designed to reduce ammonia gas levels within layer and broiler house environments.
